Job Overview

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department for Banking and Finance.

Your main goal is to boost Banking products and sales by reaching out to existing as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller in the Finance sector, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by different banking institutions.
Telecaller for Banking and Finance Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

• Answering questions about products or the Banking companies.

• Asking questions to understand customers’ banking needs and financial requirements.

• Direct prospects to the Sales Head when needed.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

Key skills:

• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language

• Good communication skills
