We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to extract measurable business insights from a variety of data sets. You will have an understanding of digital marketing principles, and an established interest in and facility with “test and learn” strategies and data analysis; further, you will demonstrate “analytic curiosity,” wanting to understand the why behind the what.

What you’ll be doing:
Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for business partners

Collaborate multi-functionally to help drive insights, see opportunities, and understand behavior and long-term trends

Design, implement, and support a platform providing access to large datasets

Take a leading role in producing new datasets that unlock and improve business opportunities

Collaborate with business partners, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions

Responsible for the design and analysis of marketing insights; develop and socialize a data-centric culture

Generate dashboards, tools, and templates to communicate findings and present measurable recommendations to marketing leadership

What we need to see:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Engineering experience or a related field with a focus on data analysis and programming

3+ years’ experience with Reporting/BI tools, data warehousing concepts and ETL development and tools

Familiarity with SQL and Python scripting and motivation to learn new tools for working with large datasets

A proven track record on constructing dashboards with visualization tools such as Tableau

Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo and Apache Airflow

Self-motivated, collaborative, organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams

Excellent interpersonal skills

You are an excellent storyteller and able to communicate your findings with clarity and precision, through visualizations

You have experience writing and optimizing sophisticated SQL queries and python scripts for large data sets
