Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle’s demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Assist in translating ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.

Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

The Role:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and campaign effectiveness across a variety of global digital marketing campaigns for the Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) markets. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and energetic individual willing to get hands-on to drive operational efficiencies across campaign planning to execution. You will be required to work closely with our Global and JAPAC Digital Marketing teams, Global Web teams and Regional and Field Marketing teams to scope out campaign deliverables, web content updates, localization and translation of digital assets and email nurture support.

Responsibilities:
Provides support for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and drive operational efficiencies.

Digital operations support for global marketing campaigns in JAPAC, involving content updates to web pages, email development and paid media performance tracking.

Manage the localization and translation of digital assets and creatives for multiple markets.

Optimise JAPAC nurture programs across all relevant product pillars to ensure the content is refreshed and relevant for the audience.

Enable social sharing across JAPAC employees to amplify campaign content on a regular cadence.

Align campaign planning and execution to driving demand generation across JAPAC markets.

Look for innovations and improvements to increase efficiencies across the digital marketing ecosystem.

Management & Stakeholder Responsibilities:
Work with Global and JAPAC Digital Marketing teams to support the implementation digital marketing campaigns.

Develop strong, trusting relationships with program leads & demand generation teams.

Maintains a clear schedule of work, and is able to highlight resource constraints and suggest options to deliver to plan.

Skills/Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 yearโ€™s full-time experience in digital marketing

Solid understanding of modern marketing methods including marketing automation tools, demand generation, nurture, programmatic, social media and media planning

Ability to design marketing programs to meet the business needs

Strong communication, relationship management, organisational and project management skills

Ability to identify opportunities for growth

Strong presentation skills
