Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of Oracle’s Financial Services Product Development organization, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver leading edge SaaS solutions for the global marketplace. You’ll be working on our next generation cloud-native platform currently under development.

Our Development approach is based on a DevOps-centric mindset, combining software development with operations expertise to shorten the development life cycle while delivering features, fixes, and updates frequently, in close alignment with business objectives.

As a Cloud Software Developer, you will design, develop, deliver, operate and support one or more functional or non-functional domains comprising our next generation cloud native Financial Services solution. In this capacity you exhibit the following qualities:

YOU ARE SKILLED

To land this job you will demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

  • Industry knowledge of Retail Banking in one or more of the following areas: customer onboarding; KYC; account origination; pricing; digital channels; operational processes such as sales and service, teller, and back office functions; account servicing; core system transaction processing; retail products including checking/current, savings, debit and credit cards, mortgages and loans, certificates of deposits, money market, HSA, IRA, sweep accounts, virtual accounts; or other relevant retail banking capabilities.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Clear business writing, oral, and presentation skills
  • Ability to describe complex business functionality to technical staff and product stakeholders in clear and understandable terms
  • Detail oriented and able to deliver highly accurate results
  • Work in global team environments across multiple time zones
