Position Summary:
The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, collaboration and implementation of ABM campaigns and build/nurture account pipelines. ABM manager has to work closely with SDRs, BDRs and digital marketing team with a data/tool driven approach with focus on both existing accounts and building account pipelines based on the persona/Ideal Customer Profile. Looking for 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with ABM.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and collaborate closely with SDR/BDR/Digital Marketing teams.
Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals
Create ICP/persona based on existing strategic accounts and evolve strategies to build account based pipelines.
Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
