Om Sai Global HR Services Looking for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Accounts at Behror, Rajasthan Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities : –

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operation including (Month end & Year end Process, AR/AP, Cash Receipt, General Ledger, Payroll & utilities records, Cash forcasting, debtors/creditors etc).
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

• Maintain accounting records and prepare MIS Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable).

• Provide required details to internal/statutory Audit as and when required.
• Resolve the quarry raise by the auditor on timely manner.

• Ensuring Data Updation on package routinely.

• Bank reconciliation daily for major banks and monthly submission.

• To help the management on monthly closing.

• Provide the accounting data on timely manner for annual and monthly return filing and assessment of GST/TDS/IT returns.

• Timely complete the monthly MIS report of group companies.

• Records & keeping Documentation for individuals/ trusts/Companies.

Note : – The ideal candidate should be from Manufacturing industry only.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
