WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Marketing communications strategic planning:
Overall calendar: Develop content calendar (push notifications, email, in-app, offers) on a monthly basis, including managing a process to intake suggestions from internal stakeholders while developing the calendar
Marketing communication execution:
Creative writing: Take a lead in writing the strings for communicating the desired objectives to the target audiences. Work with relevant stakeholders to finalize the strings, and creative agencies for image assets/ language translations etc. (if needed)
Campaign execution: Support existing team and end-to-end process in deployment for push notifications (and other channels as needed) including QA testing, target audience selection, and scheduling final communication pushes. Based on the nature of the campaign, cross functional collaboration will be expected across multiple teams in google (e.g. product, engineering, UX, analytics etc.)
Offers & promotions: Take the lead in developing creative assets for offers and promotions, coordinate with cross-functional partners for approval, execution, and reporting on the performance offers and promotions.
Marketing communication reporting/ performance monitoring:
Report back on performance, including click-through rates, down-funnel metrics impact. Work with analytics team on developing best platform for reporting
Develop and execute improvement ideas to improve the efficiency of multiple marketing channels based on learnings from earlier campaigns
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
3+ year of always-on digital marketing / campaign management experience.
Previous experience in CRM, email marketing, and marketing campaign management experience.
Proficient in written and verbal communications.
Copywriting and/or creative writing experience for digital content in various formats, in both English.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in working with creative / marketing agencies
Previous experience on using SQL for growth and marketing analytics
