JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supports Head FP&A on various initiatives on a time-to-time basis
- Data Collection, creating templates & filing/ updating various reports in standard formats periodically
- Prepare Monthly MIS at store, city, region, and cluster level profitability reports. Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
- Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
- Automate/simplify accounting and reporting processes, to enhance speed, accuracy, and productivity.
- Preparation of content/reports related to Due Diligence activities.
PROFILE SPECIFICATION
Experience
- CA/ MBA Finance with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills & Attitude
- Finance focused & high commercial acumen
- Proven analytical skills
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
- Works independently using project management skills.
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills especially advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of working in ERP- Tally, Oracle, SAP
