At nurture.farm, we are putting the farmer at the center of everything we do. We want to build a resilient and sustainable farming ecosystem around the world by reducing risks and improving the quality of life for farmers. Farmers around the world face numerous challenges due to lack of timely and reliable information, lack of scientific advice and mechanization. We believe many of these problems can be solved effectively by bringing farms online, and leveraging the reach of digital platforms to deliver these services to farmers in a cost efficient manner. We have successfully done this in India by bringing large spraying machines to farms through a shared-economy model, and are quite keen to extend this success to other services and other parts of the world, by working on many other problems farmers continue to face.

What we’re looking for in you
Strategically lead the developments with internal and external brand partners on brand development
Collaborate with product, operations, sales and marketing teams to build a strong global and locally relevant brand across our lines of businesses
Lead customer marketing efforts for the brand across all relevant channels – traditional & digital, media – to build a strong community
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders teams to help define both the brand story and the story as interpreted by the customers
Develop and manage marketing campaigns for industry marketing for businesses, government and developmental organizations.
Translate primary and secondary research into insights that strengthens the brand with relevant advertising strategies
Conceptualize and present ideas as per the brief and ensure smooth running of new projects
Work on marketing strategies for industry pioneering sustainability initiatives that will involve a lot of discovery & experimentation
Ensure that the design guidelines are implemented in all creatives that are released by
the team
Ideate creative pieces for social media, performance marketing, brand marketing, other offline channels etc.
An understanding of trends and the new marketing strategies. Experience in building strong brands
Analytical skills and attention to detail
What you’ll be responsible for
Shape the marketing strategy and voice of the brand and products and help grow and engage a large, global user base through a mix of global and regional strategies
Create brand and product positioning, communications, and narratives as part of go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the solution ecosystem
Closely collaborate with product managers, business leads, product designers, content creators, and field sales/operations to define and execute marketing initiatives.
Work internally and externally with creative partners and agencies to develop their best work and drive business results..
