Join us as our new Market Analyst, CB India

If you are an ambitious individual looking for a career where you can drive a business by taking full ownership, you could be our new colleague in Consumer Biosolutions team, India. You’ll be part of the regional marketing team and be responsible for curating, developing, and driving actionable insights – enabling regional strategic objectives for Consumer Biosolutions (CB), India. The role offers an opportunity to understand wide spectrum of consumer industries, collaborate with regional and global commercial stakeholders and solve complex business cases – enabling CB India business to expand its footprint.

The position will report into Head of Marketing, CB India.

The CB is one of our key business divisions in Novozymes and unites our consumer-facing industries at the front of the value chain – covering Household care, Baking, Beverages, Dairy, Food and Protein. The division is a home to Novozymes’ key growth imperatives & innovation portfolio, with a potential to significantly augment the lives of consumers while ensuring sustainable future.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Identify market trends and build actionable insights in prioritized segments and feed them to commercial teams as new business opportunities/ development opportunities

Continuously monitor competitive landscape across CB sub-industries: build a robust framework to respond to emerging threats and provide early warning signals.

Support development of compelling storyline and creative propositions for external engagement, enabled by deep market & customer insights

Scope out consumer research requirements, work with internal teams and external agencies to execute the research projects

Anchor new initiatives to support commercial teams towards informed customer conversations

Working with Internal communications team and/or agencies to transform relevant research elements into creative propositions

To succeed you must hold:
Have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or a relevant area. MBA degree is preferred

Have minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience. Experience in consulting, market & consumer insights is a definite plus

Be analytical and structured in approach to problem solving. Ability to synthesize business objectives and develop holistic project scope

Be comfortable in leading and managing multiple projects and priorities

Have ease of reaching out and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Possess excellent presentation (designing) and communication skills

Well verse with marketing digital/analytics tools
