Desired Skill Set:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on T24 and relevant of at least 1 Year of experience in Treasury Module
• In-depth knowledge of T24 functionality, including core banking operations, accounting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed gap analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as T24 Functional Consultant Certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to T24 functionality and integration with other systems.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify gaps between business requirements and T24 capabilities.
• Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while leveraging the capabilities of the T24 platform.
• Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications for development teams.
• Configuration and Customization: Provide guidance on T24 configuration and customization to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and participate in testing activities to validate T24 configurations and customizations.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users in understanding T24 functionality and processes.
• Change Management: Support change management activities by communicating T24-related changes to stakeholders and facilitating user adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about T24 updates and new features, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
