We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage with influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms. You must also have the ability to identify potential businesses opportunities from a business development perspective.
To be successful as a social media manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience.
Social media marketing experience.
Experience developing social media strategies.
Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Understanding of graphic design principles.
Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience in business development.
Self Motivated yet customer-focused.
Proficient in market research and statistical analysis.
Familiar with financial planning and strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Manage company social media channels including Facebook B2B, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Upload content on social media channels and perform operational tasks.
Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Ability to uncover stories and work with posts that help build brand.
Ability to identify potential people/businesses in Ireland and UK from a business development perspective.
Plan the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly content calendar as per the specific objectives.
Optimize and suggest changes to improve the campaign running on social media after analyzing the performance of the campaign.
Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns.
Analyse and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
Consolidate reports and analyze the increase or decrease in followers and engagement rate on the channels on a weekly/monthly basis and then suggest approaches to grow the channels exponentially.
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Level of Education UG/PG degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or Related Field.
