Position: Business Development Executive – Accounting and Bookkeeping Sales for US/Canada
Location: Noida, Onsite

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3 AM IST (US Eastern Shifts)
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, he/she will a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and
closing new business opportunities in the target markets.
His/her primary focus will be on generating revenue by promoting our suite of virtual services to
US/Canada based B2B clients.
He/she will leverage your existing network, industry knowledge, lead generation practices and
proven sales techniques to contribute to the company’s growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and target potential clients in the US/Canada markets who require
Accounting and Bookkeeping services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking,
referrals, and other sales techniques.
Conduct thorough research to understand clients’ needs, pain points, and industry trends to
tailor solutions accordingly.
Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including emails, phone calls, video
conferences, and presentations.
Collaborate with the internal team to prepare and present customized proposals, demonstrating
the value of our virtual services.
Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements to close deals and drive revenue
growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
system and Spreadsheets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to
identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales leadership team, highlighting
achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce is a must have.
1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in virtual services or related industries in
the US/Canada markets.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of virtual services, including Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage and track sales activities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics and learn about new virtual service offerings.
