Job Description:
An Executive in a finance company plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations, providing support for financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the finance team.
This role involves a range of tasks that contribute to maintaining a well-organized and compliant office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis:
· Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Identify trends, anomalies, and variances in financial reports.
· Assist in financial modeling and forecasting.
2. Administrative Support
· Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
· Maintain and organize company records, including customer files and regulatory documents.
3. Customer Interaction:
· Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
· Assist in responding to customer requests and resolving basic inquiries.
4. Financial Transactions:
· Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
· Monitor cash flow and liquidity needs.
5. Office Organization:
· Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
· Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
· Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
6. Financial Systems and Tools:
· Utilize financial software and tools to manage and analyze financial data.
· Suggest improvements or upgrades to financial systems as needed.
7. Documentation and Compliance:
· Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for regulatory compliance.
· Ensure that documents are filed correctly and securely.
8. Coordination and Scheduling:
· Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff.
· Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
9. Assist with Financial Operations:
· Support the finance team with tasks like invoice processing, expense reports, and basic financial data entry.
10. Mail and Email Handling:
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
· Assist with drafting and sending company emails as needed.
11. Visitor and Guest Reception:
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
12. General Office Assistance:
· Provide support to other office staff as required.
· Assist in troubleshooting basic office equipment issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
· Candidate staying near Panvel & nearby areas shall be considered
· Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
· Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
· Previous experience in a similar role or within the financial industry is preferred but not required

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
