Myntra is looking for a senior professional for a Deputy Director level role to join Myntra Marketing Strategy and Analytics team. The person would report to the head of Marketing Strategy and Analytics
The person would be responsible for:
o Creating and driving medium / long term projects that will help the marketing teams (e.g. agency benchmarking, identifying new partners that can drive scale).
o Aligning the team’s strategy to the org-wide priorities
o Program managing the marketing ops planning / budgeting processes
o Setting up the key metrics dashboards and driving accountability across sub teams
o Working with the central Analytics team to structure and conduct analyses along with analysts in the team as per the long-term strategic charters
o Set up 3P research initiatives with our research partners (Nielsen etc) to answer key customer questions across functions.
o Synthesizing learnings from both 1P and 3P data to derive business insights to drive immediate outcomes. Socialize with cross-functional leaders and drive org behavior change
o Identify 3P solutions that can help the Marketing function improve efficiencies and establish business case for partnership
