Requirements for Customer Care Executive

1. Minimum Graduation is must (Regular – Non IT)

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Age below 30 years

4. Must be presentable and active in customer dealing

5. Preference is given to freshers

6. Female Candidates only

7. Candidates residing nearby Delhi North is preferred

Job Descriptions

Candidate has to encourage branch visit by references and calling to prospective clients

Being able to handle walk-in customers within the branch and handle his/her inquiry

if an existing customer, cross-sell other financial products

Followup with customer on calls

Should be responsible for driving business
