Relevant work experience in a customer-facing and/or banking, finance or accounting role (highly preferred)
Superior attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical ability and persistence in problem solving skills
Prior experience analyzing bank financial statements and/or banking/accounting preferred
Good knowledge of MS office; strong knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access (preferred)
Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm to learn, excel and be part of a dynamic team
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
