Description: Overseeing the customer service process. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Creating policies and procedures. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Work like to give support for clearance of client’s queries with their satisfaction.
· Work on all types of Recharge processing.
· Solve the Customer Complaint via What Sapp chat/Email/SMS or Call etc.
· Do work with live observation and Attentiveness.
Skills:
· Certification course done in MSCIT.
· Basic Excel & Word Knowledge.
· Good communications.
· Ready to work in rotational shifts.
