Job Description
Drive strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Offline, and vendor management teams
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor, and report on team goals agreed upon per accounts and users
Work closely with the analytics and research team to plan marketing initiatives as per TG’s understanding and insights.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email
campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
Coordinate with marketing operations and growth team to boost brand awareness
The Successful Applicant
12-14 years of experience in customer acquisition & retention marketing
Work experience as marketing lead preferably within tech industry
Experience running 360-degree successful marketing campaigns
Have contributed to the P&L by running ROI-led marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, leading tools, and experience with CRM softwares
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, along with analytical mindset
Sense of ownership and self-driven attitude to run the team
Ability to foresee early warning signals and understand user trend diagnostic capabilities
Should have a 360-degree view of all distribution channels relevant in the industry today; ability to think out of box channels which might not exist today.
