As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be responsible to acquire new clients while also maintaining existing client relationships. You will have to lead initiatives while successfully managing, solving, and mitigating issues and risks.
In addition to this, you should have solid communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to produce executive-level briefings. You must be able to work in coordination with the entire team.
Roles and responsibilities
Preparing and analyzing the sales proposals
Approach, communicate, and negotiate with existing and potential clients
Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients
Developing full-proof marketing and sales strategies
Creating and supervising various marketing campaigns
Manage multiple projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web development and creative designers’ team
Formulate a plan to meet the project’s timeline and objectives
Review the appropriate documentation to assess the budget, schedule, and scope
Requirements
1+ years of experience working as a Sales and Marketing Associate or similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing performance metrics
Technical expertise (knowledge of SharePoint, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs)
Strategic thinking, accountability, and budget management
Problem-solving skills
Must have: Wi-Fi connection and compatible pc/laptop
