We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop, drive and manage our brand perception and marketing strategy for the Facebook for business brand in India. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of strengthening Facebook’s commitment to the growth of businesses in India. This will entail creation of programs aimed at scaling up the business narrative on the role that Facebook can play given the massive digital acceleration in the business ecosystem. This position requires experience with marketing, crafting communication strategy, strong project management , business acumen and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand management and/ or enterprise marketing. As part of the Business marketing team in India, the candidate will work with the business and XFN stakeholders. This individual will also collaborate with the marketing teams in Global & APAC region.
Build the India business marketing strategy for the GBG audience.
Partnering with the sales organization to create initiatives that drive achievement of business goals.
Create campaigns to scale up the business narrative ( thematic, activation, media partnerships etc)
Create programs and marketing campaigns focused on getting businesses across different verticals to succeed with Facebook’s business solutions
Evaluate global/regional programs for local execution to drive the reputation of Facebook as a marketing platform.
Develop a structured content strategy and drive outreach models for scaled education/engagement across channels (e.g., webinars, collateral, videos, events etc)
Work with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, APAC marketing, Policy and Sales teams to devise aligned and cohesive plans
Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities –transforming Facebook India’s industry presence.
10+ years of experience in brand building and activation
Demonstrated capacity for leading delivery of marketing strategies, scaled communication development and activation preferably in an Internet and/or advertising environment
Strong project management experience, influencing skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to conceptualise and execute marketing initiatives that have measurable business impact
