Job Description:
To excel in this position, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You must have a good understanding of the role of content in building a brand, marketing, creating, and publishing high-quality content for a variety of audiences.
In this role, you will:
Strategize and create content across all online platforms.
Work with knowledge management team, operations team and quality team to obtain the campaign learnings, compile & articulate the client success stories, repurpose into award nominations, video case studies etc.
Experiment with new content formats such as LinkedIn Newsletters, Blogs, Video Podcasts to enhance organic visibility across active platforms
continuously identify opportunities in the area of Client Engagement & drive the Content Deliverables by working with the operations & customer success team
Document & Report/Present the Quarterly Marketing Activities & Updates, to the regional & the global counterparts
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree required
In love with storytelling
B2B marketing or content writing experience for an agency / consultancy / tech organization would be preferred
Comfortable expressing their views, excellent and interpreting situations & delivering accordingly
Well organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Curious and asks a lot of questions
Experienced with Content Management processes and tools
Able to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize
