Job brief:

We are looking to hire an experienced credit manager to oversee our organization lending process. As a credit manager, you will be responsible for creating the credit Assessment forms and customer credit qualification form journeys in sync with the credit policies of lenders, creating credit scoring model. Knowledge of both secured and unsecured product will be an added advantage.

Job duties and responsibilities: –

o Research & evaluate client’s creditworthiness
o Creating credit scoring model for risk assessment
o Negotiate the terms of the loan with new clients.
o Monitoring loan payments and bad debts
o Reviewing and updating the company credit policy
o Maintain records of loan application.

Skills required: –

o Proven work experience as a credit Manager& credit executive
o Good communication and Analytical thinking
o Should be good at mathematical calculation
o Record keeping skills required
o Knowledge of calculating cibil and credit score check
o Good understanding of lending process
