You will be based in our Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai office as part of McKinsey Digital and our Marketing & Sales practice.
You will typically work on projects across industries and join a global team working on modernizing the marketing organizations of leading clients to develop best in class digital marketing and personalization capabilities. You will work with colleagues from across the firm to help our clients launch agile marketing and personalization programs at scale, enabled by data and technology. What You’ll Do
You will provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on optimizing digital marketing spends/channel analytics for clients.
In this role, you will help clients accelerate customer acquisition and customer value in new and innovative ways, leveraging digital channels, data, analytics, marketing technology and agile marketing operating models. You will play an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will work directly with consulting teams to conduct assessments of client capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in daily team problem solving and translating diagnostics into actionable insights.
You will help advance McKinsey’s Digital Marketing community by contributing to and expanding our diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approaches. You will also develop new frameworks, approaches and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.
Graduate degree in a relevant discpline; MBA degree is preferred
5+ years of relevant experience and a strong track record of creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plans
Deep expertise in creating and optimizing campaigns, keyword strategy, bidding strategy, optimizer tools, SEO and driving conversions
Ability to perform A/B testing and ROI optimization, implementing programmatic advertising campaigns, testing and campaign optimization
Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics / Mixpanel/ Amplitude goals and tracking/conversion pixels
Expertise in attribution platforms such as Appsflyer/ Adjust/Branch and CMP platforms like adlib/ jivox/banner flow
Data-driven mindset with prior experience in management consulting
