JOB SUMMARY The Advisor Development and Retention Manager (ADRM) will be assigned a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors and will not be responsible for any new advisor recruitment. The ADRM will be responsible for month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors . Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors. . Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards. . Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards. . Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies. . Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets. |
