Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who can manages and accelerate growth of Key assigned customer business . Primary responsibility of this role will be to manage day to day operations efficiently, grow business from existing customers and gaining traction among the shippers to drive overall top line with profitability. Will be reporting to National Vertical Head role and work with team to deliver best customer servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Retaining existing customer’s business and growing new business from them to achieve top line targets with profitability.
Preparing quotations on the basis of competition, demand and supply matrix
Schedule and visit to client offices and warehouses to discuss customer-specific issues/reviews and grow business
Open to visit transport nagars, warehouses to build vehicle supply; prepare market insight and competitive analysis by travelling across India
Responsible for all activities of key accounts assigned from placement to receivables
Resolving all disputes of truckers, clients, billing, collection or payments
Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Skills:
MBA in marketing from a reputed regular college; excellent command over written and spoken English.
Previously worked in corporate office and handled MNC clients;
Candidate from Auto Industry is preferred; candidates from Logistics sector ‘Do Not Apply’
