Responsibilities:
The content writers will be responsible for creating & writing content for our websites, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing literature.
Content writing/editing for websites, magazines, directories, blogs, etc., with an understanding of the latest social media trends and appropriate writing styles.
Find & develop new ideas for articles content.
Able to write both long-form and short-form content.
Provide relevant content for Blogs, E-mail Marketing, Forums, and Social-Media.
Ability to do in-depth research online on the provided topic before writing any article.
Ability to conduct necessary research (by interviewing or studying existing material) to produce accurate, comprehensive documents.
Develop story or content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal.
Ensure quality, consistency & accuracy of the content.
Skills:
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
Ability to strategically think when it comes to crafting content calendars.
An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental projects such as SEM, SEO, Marketing, Web Team to fulfill their content requirements.
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication.
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
