The Business development executive/ Sales executive is responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executive/ Sales executives play an integral role in companies’ longevity.

Responsibilities:

• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients

• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

• Negotiating with clients to secure most attractive prices

• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

• Work with the team to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth

• Update and maintain client information database on regular basis

• Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients

• Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business
