Qualification & Experience

3-6 years prior work experience in performance marketing, SEO, digital sales, social media

Key Deliverables of the Role

Understand and evolve digital quotient framework for India & SEA region

Marketing measurement – deep diving and understanding different digital metrics to help brands increase the digital quotient

Digital sales – work with brands on mandate to build their digital channels like DTC & help grow ecommerce sales through effective on platform performance marketing strategies

Performance marketing – create right plans for fast digital growth on DTC & Ecommerce and other alternate channels

Work on understading new digtial marketing trends and important digital media drivers like social commerce, SEO and helping brand teams with best practices

Key Competencies

Business acumen

Agile and extremely good at numbers

Have breadth of experience in eCommere, digital marketing and DTC

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google adwords, FB manager, FB/YT social media analytics, Sprinklr

Knowledge and deep understanding of Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Marketing Automation, Affiliate Marketing

Knowledge of running campaigns on various social media platforms

Understanding of various E-Commerce platforms – Amazon Marketing Service, Flipkart and others

Reporting relationship
