The profile includes :
- Joining formalities, On-boarding, Documentation & Verification.
- Scheduling interviews and follow ups – up to closure.
- Actively involving in the recruitment process and review resumes, certifications & experience that align with the required position.
- Assisting in on & off campus recruitment activities.
- Suggest and implement new ways of getting to the right talent.
- Handling employee grievances.
- Assisting in day to day HR activities.
- Manage the tasks and work in co-ordination with other departments as & when required
Qualification: BBA, MBA, PGDM
Freshers can also apply for the same.
Required Skills: MS Office, Excel, Power Point & Good communication & interpersonal skills
