1. Identify weaknesses in the controls and create an action plan to prevent security breaches

2. Executing IT audits to assess the design and effectiveness of controls.

3. Create internal audit reports

4. Communicate and report audit findings

5. Follow up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective actions.
