• Construct data accumulation systems
• Determine fixed costs (e.g., salaries, rent and insurance)
• Plan and record variable costs (e.g., purchases of raw material and operations costs)
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
• Analyze and report profit margins
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant, or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
• Knowledge of statutory payments like, PF, ESI, TDS, Income tax & GST
• Experience with accounting software, like Tally, SAP & other ERP
• Good computer knowledge specially with MS Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) & PPT.
• Excellent analytical skills with Strong time management skills
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience as a cost accountant, analyst, or other relevant role
• Expertise in activity-based costing for fixed and variable costs in relation to the overall direct cost of a line of products
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
