HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for the overall Administration of the
company. This included Recruitment, People Management, Asset
Management and Employee Engagement
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment – Point of Contact for all the in-house requirements.
Should know the end-to-end recruitment process including Sourcing,
Screening, Shortlisting, Scheduling and salary negotiations. Should
be proficient in using the hiring portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed,
Instahyre and use of Social Media platforms for Hiring.
Vendor On-Boarding – Negotiate and Onboard external agencies
for hiring and coordinate with them to fulfil the requirement.
University relations and Campus Hiring – Work closely with
placement officers for hiring interns and freshers
Strategic Planning – Should be actively involved in formulation
and enforcement of HR policies and processes for effective and
efficient administration across various department.
Employee lifecycle Management – Manage employee database
using Cloud based software like GreytHR. Should handle the end-to-
end process from Employee onboarding to Employee Separation.
Payroll – Work closely with the finance team to prepare the payroll
depending on the attendance, Loss of Pay, salary revisions and
other special cases. Should prepare the reimbursements data.
Asset Management – Taking stock (laptops etc) and tracking the
assets of the company.
Appraisals – Should work closely with the Senior Management and
help facilitate and document the yearly appraisal process.
Employee engagement – Responsible for roll out of Company
wide initiatives, planning offsite and other recreational activities
Employee Grievance Handling – Should act as a communication
bridge between the employees and the management.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in Recruitment/ Human
Resource Management.
Proficiency in using the hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Etc and
Social Media Platforms like Instagram etc.
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good to have:
1+ year experience working with a digital or any product-based
agency.
