Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager at LSD Productions, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online visibility, engage their target audience, and drive brand awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with the client’s objectives and target audience.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and monitoring brand mentions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns when necessary, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating new strategies and techniques into client campaigns.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand, voice, and goals, and incorporate feedback into social media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Kochi, Kerala.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
