Responsible for maintaining and continuously increasing a high level of sales performance both for rooms as well as food and beverage services for all the Hotels in the company.
To plan and execute a daily system of sales calls on travel agents, Airline Offices, Commercial Houses, Industrial and professional associations, diplomatic missions etc.
To make regular sales calls and maintain a systematic record of sales calls made, with corresponding room nights booked with various accounts.
To look after booking arrangements for individuals, groups and tours etc.
To compile and maintain a mailing list for the dispatch of promotional material.
To assist the sales manager in day-to-day work and follow-up.
To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards.
Should be updated about major events/happenings in the city.
Update client database regular basis.
Client database, RFP s, Industry wise classification, Account Mapping, Comp Set Analysis information to maintained controlled regularly.
Reports timelines:-
Daily sales report by 1900 hrs.
Weekly call planner Saturday 1000 hrs.
Weekly sales report Saturday 1000 hrs.
Call tracker Saturday 1000 hrs.
Company information sheet Saturday 1000 hrs
RFP updates 2nd4th Saturday by 1000 hrs.
Morning meetings 0945 hrs. Monday to Friday
Daily calls to be started by 1030 hrs.
Sales Calls on a Saturday to be completed by 1430 hrs.
