Role Description
This is a full-time Corporate Trainer position in Accounts & Finance, located on-site at Logic STEP in Kochi. The Corporate Trainer in Accounts & Finance will develop, facilitate, and deliver training sessions to Commerce graduates and professionals in the finance industry. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for the development of training materials and ensure that all materials are up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to accounting and finance.
Qualifications
Freshers or Experience (Passion for teaching) in the finance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, Financial Statements/Projections,Financial Analysis, Modelling Bank Reconciliation, Business Processes,
Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Masters degree in the same could be an advantage.
Professional certification in CA Qualified/ CA Intermediate
Passion for teaching or training in a professional setting is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
