A marketing enthusiast and an operations whizz, you will be the backbone of the South Asia & South East Asia marketing team. You will help build a marketing mix across multiple channels – events, webinars, social media, email campaigns etc. You will manage operations to ensure efficiency and key success metrics are delivered.

Maintain marketing plans and planning documents Aid delivery of demand creation programmes including digital marketing and campaigns: Learn to use marketing/CRM/social media platforms and tools such as Eloqua, Linkedin, Clarizen and Salesforce to deliver campaigns Assist to brief various agencies on digital & design projects to support regional marketing team campaigns Learn to write and optimize copy for marketing campaigns Handle the logistics of third party conferences and internally hosted briefings, ensuring all events are executed seamlessly Act as liaison to coordinate and communicate with event organizers, suppliers and logistics companies Ensure our brand is represented professionally, arranging for branded banners, marketing materials, brochures, etc. Manage all invoicing, contracts and budget tracking Help manage APAC regional marketing database repository
Attributes
An entry level position, this would suit a person with 1-3 years of marketing profile handling operations and administrative elements
Degree subjects such as marketing, business or statistics will be advantageous
Admin skills – Project management, coordination with vendors and third parties, MS office tools, especially Excel and Oracle budgeting
Adapt at learning marketing sales and automation tools
An established interest in marketing and enthusiasm to develop marketing knowledge and skills
Quick worker, organized, attentive to detail, multi-tasking with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Excellent written English. Good communication & presentation skills
Confidence in dealing with stakeholders across various levels of seniority
Self-starter and Tech-savvy
