LexiConn is looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to set up and head a team.
Incumbents should have a strong understanding of marketing and team management. You will onboard and engage various agencies to develop digital communication materials, campaigns, and outreach activities for lead generation.
You will also work closely with the company management to create marketing and sales strategies for new services targeted towards existing and new clients.
Master’s degree in Marketing
Three years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Expertise in institutional sales and marketing
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its strong presence
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
Developing and implementing initiatives (online and offline) to acquire and retain new clients
Using tools like GA, AhRefs, etc., to study current performance
Planning and running digital campaigns, email campaigns, social media campaigns, participating in offline events, and representing LexiConn in industry events
Generating leads and assigning leads to the sales team through CRM
Proactively reaching out to clients and prospects and nurturing relationships
Set up systems and processes for the sales team to qualify and contact prospects and inbound leads from established marketing campaigns
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections and MIS and mentoring a team
Preparing an annual financial budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
