Job Responsibility:
1 Co-ordination with Auditors for Half Yearly IFC Audit
2 Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly Internal Audit and Statutory Audit
3 Preparation of Quarterly Results & Financial Statements
4 Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
5 Preparation of MIS and other reports
6 Review of Quarterly Financial Information for Board Meeting
7 Preparation of Advance Tax Workings and Yearly Computation
8 Co-ordination for Income Tax Notices with tax consultants
9 Preparation / Review of Income Tax Returns
10 Co-ordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns
11 RBI Returns & Reporting
12 Preparation of Policies for Crest Ventures Limited (other than secretarial policies)
13 Preparing the SOP’s for IFC Audits
14 Preparation of details as per revised requirements under CARO / respective Accounting Standards and coordinating with Auditors
Desired profile:
1 Qualified CA with minimum 1 years’ experience in Accounting
2 Experience of handling multiple company accounts
3 Independently handling accounts upto finalization.
4 Should have handled audits independently
5 Knowledge of Indian Accounting Principles and taxation guidelines.
6 Working knowledge of Tally Software, GST, Indian Accounting Standards, TDS etc is a must
7 Listed company / NBFC company exposure desirable
