Job Description :
Role: BA
Education: MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc -IT or MSc – C. Sc.
Experience: 5+ years in IT industry, 3 years in Business Analyst experience.

• Should have worked on at long and short terms projects and successfully completed business analyst strategies in projects.
• Client facing business analyst are preferred to manage Govt and non govt projects.
• Communicate with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflows
• Create use cases and/or report specifications for approval by clients and the Development team
• Effectively communicate with Management and project teams across the organization
• Gather specifications from clients and third party vendors
• Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
• Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated by providing excellent Customer Service
