Team Management Manage the team into distinct functions of F&A across Financial Reporting, AR, AP, Accruals, Treasury and Compliances etc.
Financial Reporting- Preparation quarterly results under Ind AS as per SEBI LODR requirement. Also, responsible for timely completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit.
MIS Reporting- Preparation of MIS reports on monthly basis along with analysis of variances and report to top and senior management.
AOP/Forecasting Independent preparation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) segment/ month- with cross-departmental inputs and using logical assumptions.
Internal audit & risk management- Closely work with leading internal audit consulting firms, completion of audit in a time bound manner including management comments.
Tax Compliances- Overall responsible for direct and indirect tax compliances viz Income-tax, GST , VAT and Tax audit reporting.
Banking Operations- Fair knowledge of Banking operations and Treasury related activities.
