Will be accountable to lead the defined resource management strategy and processes for a designated area (BU/cluster) within a designated vertical.
Understand the current year demand for designated BU and vertical as related to the F&A plan and utilization targets.
Ensure consistency of best practices for resource management activities, while ensuring timely demand fulfilment of the designated area.
Monitor designated area’s demands throughout the year and during the long-term scheduling and ensure on-time fulfilment as per defined SLA’s/ timelines.
Work along with the Vertical leads for the designated area, RM planners and schedulers and PMO to validate demand and ensure it includes level and time phasing to ensure they have all mandatory details – segment, skills, scope details enabling them to identify resources for the designated area demand.

Engaging collaboration with the US Tax resource management related to engagement needs, demand fulfillment, conflict resolution etc.
Monitor resource utilization, load distribution and over/under booking as against the utilization targets for each level.
Engage CFP’s to better understand their skills and growth areas and help them understand the process maintain their own schedule.
Staff development including supervision, training, and coaching of resource management professionals and driving change management.
Responsible for maximizing resource utilization, and proactively communicate deficits/ surplus of resources to Business and Operations Team to make hiring decisions.
Keep a track on any resource gaps and work with HR and Ops team to get a view on hiring pipeline and rotation resources to fulfil demand gaps and open needs
Work with the business leads and other area RMs to cross utilize resources across clusters, reallocation of resources and mitigate any concerns around fulfilment gaps.
