Job Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer query / complaints of the customers through Emails
- Escalate cases as per escalation matrix defined.
- Co-ordination & followup with the Vendors over the email for quick resolution to the customer.
- Efficiently and effectively navigating different systems and application provided for customer service.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service driven by professionalism, timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure targets for service levels, quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Other duties from time to time that may be assigned.
