Job Role:
Handing Legal Notices & Litigation pertaining to Branch Banking
Advising on customer complaints, complaints before Banking Ombudsman
Drafting of police complaints and handling FIRs filed against the bank
Handling of legal queries from Retail Branches and other related divisions
Handling queries on legal issues pertaining to Opening, Closing and Maintenance of Accounts, including queries
on disputes Amongst Directors/ Partners, Trustees, Society members
Advising on Retail Liabilities Products and Processes
Maintaining periodical MIS
Advising business on legal risk mitigation on day to day basis
Job Requirement:
Should be a graduate in Law from a reputed University with a minimum Post Qualification Experience of 3-5 years of working in legal department, preferably of a Bank or financial institution
