Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for managing one of the squads for Salesforce implementation under K-Force Service Transformation project.
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings;
Organize and manage requirement gathering sessions, daily stand-up meetings, show and tell sessions, UAT and production movements and rollout to users.
Prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues;
Correct deviations from plans
Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance

Qualifications
High proficiency of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
Experienced at sprint planning, backlog management and prioritization with the product , running retrospectives
Experienced in successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Project Manager.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
Balanced business/technical background:
Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and
to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
Experiences needed:
Should have implemented Salesforce platform projects as a project manager. Should be well aware of SalesForce as a platform from an architecture/ design, administration and user perspective.
Should have effectively project managed software development projects and ensured that project objectives, goals, and commitments are met
Should always have the big picture view while not hesitant to employ creative problem solving approaches
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
Agile Project Management tools such as Azure Devops/ Jira/ equivalent
Very analytical, flair for planning, and organizational skills with an ability to deal and manage competing demands
Should have a good grasp of business needs with the ability to establish / maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
