Job Description for Team Member BSG:

Job Role :

• Coordination with various Departments / Users like Digital Product team, CASA Product Team, Credit Card Product teams, Issuing team, Team within BSG, IT, Vendors, Ops etc. to discuss on projects as per requirement.
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.
• Remedy handling
• Issue handling with resolution by co-ordinating with the Product and Vendor
• Basic Knowledge in use of computers.
• Ops Co-ordination on any updation for merchant requirement

Job Requirements:

• Experience and understanding in Basic Computers
• Experience in co-ordination with different teams. Basically co-ordination skill is required
• Basic knowledge on banking products and regulations pertaining to same.
• Basic awareness of Regulatory aspects and policies, etc.
• Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
