He will be responsible for:

Managing West Region and RCM- Reporting to NCM – Cards

Managing team size would be 80+ on role team.

Achieving monthly/ Annual targets on flow rates / Resolutions/ Cost of collections/ Loss provisioning.

Hiring Vendors, their training and making them efficient enough to deliver on targets/ set Goals.

Audit and complaince for team and vendors

MIS to senior management.

Co ordination with Sales/Credits/Operations for inputs / feedbacks.
