There is a need from customers for various loan and credit products – be it Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans, SME Loans & Working Capital, Business & Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Consumption Finance products and even Agri, Tractor and Gold Loans.
Branches are our biggest strength & now with specific focus on Prime, Growth, Emerging markets, these are exciting times to accelerate our journey of ensuring all our customers have one asset/multiple asset products . This is the time for exponential growth (and not incremental growth) on offering asset products to our customers
With this view, we are looking at Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the Asset Xsell agenda for the market segments in Growth. The Xsell products will encompass all the Household & Business Banking asset products of the Bank.
The Regional Cross Sell Manager – Assets will have the following responsibilities :
- Ensure Leads from Branches on ALL Asset products
- Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective markets
- Work closely with the RBM’s, Area Managers, Branch Managers to scale on “input” parameters – be it Branch activation across products (or) RM activation
- To help deepen the CASA penetration on Asset Base and overall
- To help Branches achieve Budgets on a monthly basis in each products
- Leverage CRM and other tech platforms for leads
Job Requirements:
Strong Acumen and Aggression for Regional Cross Sell Manager with High Quality Service Focus.
- Should be Self-Starter / High on Energy
- Sales focus in driving volume target
- Good communication and Analytical Skills
- Candidate should be Confident / Aggressive & Team Player.
- Passion for Corporate / Retail / Out-Door Selling.
- To Adhere KYC / Quality and Audit laid down norms as per company policy
- Graduation, MBA preferred. 10 – 12 years of experience in Retail/ Corporate / Institutional Sales preferred
