Job description :–
The major responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager are to ensure that the functions outlined are managed in efficient and a professional manner in order to ensure that business goals and objectives are met, Provide leadership, guidance, and practical support to help the business to grow.
Achieve yearly Sales volume and Revenue targets at the required profitability parameters decided by the Management.
Recommend and implement business development plans.
Take corrective actions where and when needed in matters of Sales and marketing.
Identify clientele’s needs and develop customer segments that meet profitability and risk profiles set by the Management.
Develop the company strategies for marketing and sales.
Manage staff responsibilities, authorities and accountability.
Prepare short and medium term plans for sales and marketing to meet the given company’s objective.
To contribute the raising of the overall professionalism in the company.
The candidate must have strong communication skills and sharp ability to negotiate and close the orders.
Education & Experience required:–
BE/ Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Must be knowledgeable of front end sales & Marketing of HVAC Projects
Minimum of 6-8 years of practical experience of which 3-4 years as a Sales Manager experience directly related in HVAC projects sales & marketing activities.
