Controls and Regulatory Technology team in India is looking to hire an Executive Director as Lead for Controls and Operational Risk Technology for RCC to help accelerate our digital transformation (cloud enablement, microservices, agile transformation, UX design, M/L, and product operating model) for our platform solutions that comprise of multiple applications/products dealing with operational risk management.
This role will have the following primary responsibilities:
The individual would have deep expertise in designing and building applications in cloud along with strong familiarity in engineering practices like CI/CD, Agile, etc. She or he will also have strong influencing and negotiating skills and be able to advance the regulatory technology area’s roadmap programs such as public cloud adoption and execution, Rationalization of Platforms, and process transformations. The person should possess very strong leadership skills in building and leading technical teams. Should be able to influence the broader organization in defining and executing on the product roadmap.
